Junk/Art Journal Process Page

Today I am sharing a fun video with you of some junk journal pages I made for a swap. It was a lot of fun to make and what I love about junk journals is that you use items you already have on hand including scraps, junk mail and more.

For the base of the pages I used an old Lollipop Box Club kit that I had (they are perfect for making junk journals, art pages, vision boards and more). Then I utilized some packaging I had from a Jane Davenport purchase, my giant tub of Mod Podge (I’m in love!) and some bits and bobs. The swap required that both sides were decorated and you could add pockets etc. I sewed one pocket on my machine to just give it some interest and then double sided taped that bad boy right onto the page.

If you are in an artistic slump I always think journaling is a great connector to your creativity.

In addition to these two pages I also made some artsy tags and plan to share that video soon. Enjoy!

Until next time…
