Today is a bit overcast and my family and I are planning to attend a local holiday parade where we will catch our first glimpse of Santa. It’s become a bit of a tradition in our family and a sort of kick-off to the holiday season.
I had been hoping all week that my 2016 Create Your Shining Year in Biz/Life workbooks would arrive in time for the long weekend because I have so many ideas and I really wanted to be able to take the time to dig in. Not just complete the workbook or “get it done” but to make a sort of ritual around it. To take time to connect with the energy of it so that it’s not just a task but a tool-something that will help me align with my goals for the upcoming year.
I am not a resolution setter. I like to think of every moment as an opportunity to stop doing things that aren’t in alignment and start doing things that are. As a business owner, creative and dreamer however I find that connecting with the energy is part of it but making time for dreams are the key. I tend to get distracted by day-to-day and the “have-to’s” and sometimes that can cause me to fall back into the old patterns or ways of doing things.
These workbooks as well as my planners help with that. By checking in frequently with my dreams and goals I am able to keep my vibration high and in alignment which helps me manifest them. If you have been following me for a while you know I love these books and that I have become an affiliate for them because I really believe in them that much.
This year however I thought it might be fun to create a group of like-minded friends who are also working through the books and would like to share their dreams and goals. I can create a Facebook group for us and we can all share, schedule live chats and basically just hold space to support each other on this amazing journey.
Would you like to join me?
If so just contact me and let me know that you are in! Then friend me on Facebook and I will add you to the group. I know that 2016 is going to be the year of the creative dreamer and I would love to share the journey with you!
Until Next Time…
